Dudu Eats – Online Food Delivery in Dudu Refund & Cancellation Policy
I. Order Cancellation by Customer
Once an order is placed, cancellation is subject to restaurant acceptance.
If food preparation has not started, we may allow full or partial cancellation.
If preparation is already in progress or order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
II. Order Cancellation by DuduEats / Restaurant
- We may cancel an order due to:
- Restaurant closing or item unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or menu error
- Delivery not possible at your location
- Technical issues In such cases, a full or partial refund will be initiated (if payment already made).
III. Refunds
Online payment refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (bank/ gateway dependent).
For COD orders, no refund is applicable unless you have paid in advance by any digital mode.
IV. Wrong / Missing / Poor Quality Items
- Please check your order at the time of delivery.
You may contact us within 30 minutes if: - Wrong item delivered
- Major item missing
- Completely spoiled / inedible food
We may offer: - Replacement (if possible), or
- Partial/full refund / coupon, at our discretion and after checking with the restaurant.
V. No-Show / Customer Unreachable
- If delivery partner reaches your location but:
- You do not answer calls, or
- Address is incorrect or incomplete, or
- You refuse the order without valid reason
- then the order may be marked as Delivered and no refund will be applicable.
