Dudu Eats– Online Food Delivery in Dudu Terms & Conditions

Welcome to DuduEats (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website [www.dudueats.in](http://www.dudueats.in) and our food delivery services within Dudu city, Rajasthan.

By accessing or using our website/app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

  •  DuduEats is an online food ordering and delivery platform.
  •  We connect customers (“Users”) with local restaurants, cloud kitchens, and food partners (“Partners”) in and around Dudu.
  •  Food is prepared by our Partners and delivered by us or our delivery partners.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
  •  By using our services, you confirm that the details you provide are true and accurate.

3. Account & Information

  •  You may need to create an account or provide basic details (name, mobile number, address).
  •  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTPs

4. Ordering & Acceptance

  •  Once you place an order and complete payment / choose COD, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
  •  An order is considered “accepted” only after the restaurant confirms availability.
  •  We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, wrong pricing, or operational issues. In such cases, refund (if any) will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Pricing & Payment

  •  All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
  •  We may charge delivery fees, packaging charges, and platform fees, which will be visible before you confirm the order.
  •  Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, cards, wallets etc. (subject to availability).

6. Delivery

  •  We deliver only within the selected service areas of Dudu and nearby locations.
     Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout but may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant load.
     You agree to be available on the provided phone number and address at the time of delivery.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  •  Provide correct delivery address and contact details.
  •  Not misuse the platform (fake orders, abusive language, fraud payments, etc.).
  •  Inspect the order at the time of delivery and report any major issues immediately.

8. Cancellation by User

  •  Orders once placed may or may not be cancellable depending on restaurant preparation status.
  •  Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

  •  Food is prepared by third-party restaurants. Quality, taste and hygiene are primarily the responsibility of the restaurant.
  •  We will support you in resolving issues, but DuduEats is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10.  Intellectual Property

  •  All logos, designs, text and content on dudueats.in are the property of DuduEats and may not be used without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

  •  We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  •  These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  •  Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
